Job Summary
Manage day-to-day valet operations at a location by greeting guests, assisting customers in and out of vehicles, and driving, parking, and retrieving cars safely. Lead hiring, training, and coaching for the valet team while creating staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume. Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures, ensuring vehicle and key security, processing daily paperwork, and keeping drive lanes and crosswalks clean. Implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity and distinguish vehicle makes and models. Substitute for other positions as needed and complete other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal 6 month related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Current address on driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift)
- Speaks clearly
