Job Summary
Responsible for effective management of site engineering practices, achieving production and cost targets while minimizing waste and downtime. This hands-on role includes overseeing the maintenance of factory machinery, managing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and driving the production process to meet customer specifications. Requires technical skills to operate and repair electro-mechanical equipment such as ammonia refrigeration systems and boilers. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive safety culture.
Required Qualifications
