Job Summary
Packing and stacking cases off the end of the can line and assisting with pulling and packing orders in the warehouse. Start-up, operation, and clean-up of equipment on the brewery's can line and keg line, while performing preventative maintenance based on established schedules. Record all necessary quality assurance and production data and handle packaging multi-packs and re-packs. Maintain the cleaning and upkeep of the brewery. Work continually on your feet for eight hours at a time in wet areas, lifting up to 55 pounds repeatedly and maneuvering 160 lbs. kegs as needed. Follow standard operating procedures and work safely and efficiently in a busy environment. Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and maneuver 160 lbs. kegs (with team members or vacuum lift) as needed
- Must be able to twist/turn, bend, reach over shoulders and stand/walk on a continual basis
- Work continually on your feet for eight hours at a time in wet areas
- A positive attitude
- A love for craft beer
