Job Summary
The Supervisor will lead and develop a production work group to achieve daily production targets and quality goals. Responsibilities include planning and supervising daily activities, maintaining productivity and quality, regulating non-conforming product processes, assigning workloads, enforcing company policies, interfacing with customers, communicating inspection status, maintaining and updating part procedures, and providing on-the-job training and mentorship. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of visual and mechanical inspection techniques and engineering drawings is essential. This role is based in North Little Rock, AR on a 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree or equivalent relevant experience in a manufacturing/quality environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Hiring and training experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed
