Job Summary
Role focuses on coordinating daily deliveries from multiple warehouses to stores, supporting route planning and scheduling, monitoring delivery execution and KPIs, acting as main contact for 3PL providers, coordinating returns and documentation (PODs, trip sheets), handling delivery exceptions, ensuring compliance with safety and procedures, and collaborating with warehouse/store teams to ensure smooth flow of goods. Requires 2–4 years in transportation/logistics, experience with 3PL providers, strong coordination/problem-solving, English proficiency (Arabic a plus), and familiarity with Excel and logistics systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution operations
- Experience working with 3PL providers is highly preferred
- Good understanding of transportation operations, routing, and dispatch processes
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems is preferred
