Job Summary
Support the management team in store operations, helping to grow the brand by building a sales and service culture. Lead and train team members, supervise front-end operations, drive sales, and deliver key performance metrics. Ensure outstanding customer service, adherence to alcohol-sale laws, and a safe, clean store environment. Possess strong interpersonal and problem-resolution skills, with experience in POS and inventory systems. Role requires flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends) and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to walk/stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
