Job Summary
Supervisor role overseeing store operations to drive a best-in-class service and sales culture. Lead and train a team, resolve customer issues, and ensure adherence to alcohol sale regulations while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Key duties include supervising front-end operations, merchandising, driving sales and KPIs, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires strong interpersonal skills, experience in retail supervisory roles, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
