Job Summary
Support store operations and drive key performance metrics by serving in a team member capacity for service, merchandising, and front-end duties. Lead by example to foster a welcoming atmosphere, resolve customer issues, and supervise team members while supporting their training. Ensure adherence to alcohol sales laws, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and perform assigned tasks including lifting cases and climbing ladders. Work a flexible schedule covering evenings and weekends with physical demands of standing for 8-10 hours. Report to the store management team to help build a sales culture and deliver best-in-class service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
