Job Summary
Support store operations by serving in a team member capacity to drive sales, deliver key performance metrics, and resolve customer issues. Lead by example to foster a welcoming atmosphere while supervising team members and supporting their training on product knowledge and sales skills. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol, maintaining a safe and compliant store environment. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of retail experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Physical requirements include standing for 8-10 hours, lifting 50 lbs overhead, and climbing ladders. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
