Job Summary
Lead production staff in THV (transcatheter heart valve) manufacturing for second shift at Irvine, overseeing Tissue Processing, Valve Assembly, Solutions Mixing and Tool cleaning; drive continuous improvement, implement Lean and Six Sigma, ensure GMP/compliance, coach and manage performance, monitor KPIs (safety, quality, throughput, productivity, delivery, scrap, attendance); coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and personnel to support successful production of THV products; collaborate cross-functionally and ensure proper training and transition of new and certified staff; maintain safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment.
