Job Summary
Experienced LCSW-C specializing in children and adolescents is sought in Owings Mills, MD. The role combines clinical supervision of a team of pre-licensed therapists with direct patient care, overseeing a weekly caseload of 18–20 clients, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment. Responsibilities include 1:1 consultations with therapy staff to review productivity and caseloads, signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers, developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating services with families, case managers, school personnel, and other Ellie staff, and maintaining thorough documentation. The candidate will work on-site four days per week with flexible work-from-home options available and opportunities for advancement within a growing practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree with current Maryland licensure as an LCSW and Maryland Board Approved Supervisor
- Available to be on-site 4 days per week to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients
- Experience in a fee-for-service private practice
- Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to supervise and train pre-licensed therapists
- Commitment to evidence-based treatment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
