Job Summary

Lead and supervise the community counseling department's juvenile justice programming, providing clinical oversight, staff development, and leadership to ensure high-quality behavioral health services. Foster collaboration across internal teams, manage court contracts, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (ODJFS, ODE, NAEYC, SUTQ, Medicaid, ODMH), develop program goals and outcomes, and deliver individual/group/family therapy as needed. Maintain productivity targets, provide crisis intervention, support internship program integrity, and contribute to fiscal accountability and budgeting. Requires advanced degree and supervisory experience; pre-employment screenings are conducted.
