Job Summary
Open and securely close the restaurant in line with company standards, then help prepare for service by working closely with the Management Team to lead successful shifts. Act as the key point of contact for both Front and Back of House teams while delivering outstanding service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment by supporting and motivating the team, coaching members, and keeping standards high on the floor.
