Supervisor Test Room / Quality Engineer

Oversee daily test room operations and quality assurance activities, including planning product inspection, managing equipment calibration, and investigating non-conformities using root cause analysis. Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards while maintaining continuous improvement initiatives. Manage team members through recruitment, shift management, and performance reviews, and lead participation in internal and external audits. This role reports to the Quality Manager in Asnæs with limited travel of 1-15 days annually. Candidates must hold a relevant engineering degree, two years of quality engineering experience, and two years of people management experience, with fluent Danish and English skills.
