Job Summary
Coordinate daily technical operations, maintenance, and repairs while overseeing staff coaching and adherence to Marriott standards. Plan periodic facility upkeep, manage inventory for materials and spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety regulations including Legionella and fire systems. Participate in emergency services and on-call rotations for weekend availability, maintaining strict safety protocols across the hotel. You will work 38 hours with a base salary of €2.900–€3.289, requiring an MBO technical background and three years of relevant experience. Based in Hoofddorp, this role supports the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport team within the Clay Hospitality group, offering perks like free accommodations and fitness access.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal L.T.S. of MBO-niveau (elektro/werktuigbouw of andere technische richting)
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving
- Je hebt twee rechterhanden waar we op kunnen bouwen
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent betrouwbaar in je communicatie
- Kennis en ervaring met Office
- Je hebt veelal een vast rooster waarbij de werktijden in principe doordeweeks zijn, met in het weekend een 'bereikbaarheidsdienst' die onder de teamleden afgewisseld wordt (tegen extra vergoeding)
- Je bent woonachtig in (omgeving) Hoofddorp
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Engels
