Supervisor Team Leader | Insurance Repairs

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day guidance to Supervisors and act as a technical escalation point for complex scopes, trade issues, and customer concerns. Conduct quality reviews of projects, documentation, and scopes of works to ensure consistent outcomes. Manage end-to-end delivery of your own portfolio, including onsite assessments, scoping, quoting, and coordinating trades and suppliers. Liaise with insurers, clients, and stakeholders to explain scopes, pricing, and repair processes while monitoring budgets and team workloads. Oversee quality assurance, site inspections, and handovers to meet workmanship and compliance standards. Participate in after-hours emergency rosters and support catastrophe response as required. Required Qualifications
- Residential site supervising, project managing, estimating or foreman experience
- Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting team members, ideally within a construction or insurance repairs environment
- Confidence organising trades, writing quotes, conducting assessments and running residential renovations
- A Site Supervisor/Builder's License (QLD) and a valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and WHS standards
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant building or construction management qualifications (Certificate 4 in Building & Construction desirable)
