Job Summary
Table Games Floor Supervisor responsible for front line guest service on the casino table games floor at Resorts World Las Vegas. Promote exemplary guest service with full knowledge of games, promotions, and operational information; support floor surveillance to detect irregularities; maintain knowledge through ongoing education and training; mentor and lead a team; manage varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; obtain and maintain required licenses; uphold safety, security, and guest experience standards across the property regarding table games operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in gaming casino operations
- Minimum of three years of gaming casino leadership/supervisory experience
- Minimum of two years working in a luxury property
- Proficient in at least three major casino table games (e.g., Roulette, Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat)
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration
- Ability to obtain position-specific licensing
