Job Summary
Supervisor and coordinate the daily operation and staff of the Support Services team to ensure professional, high-quality services for customers. Lead the team by selecting, motivating, and training members; supervise performance, attendance, payroll time sheets, and coverage to maintain optimal customer service. Train new employees in environmental service and engineering functions; coordinate emergency repairs and assist outside contractors with shutdowns. Conduct inspections of patient rooms and facilities, ensure proper use of cleaning agents, maintain supply inventory and implement preventive maintenance. Organize in-service activities and educational programs, document activities, and support adherence to policies and procedures. All responsibilities listed are considered essential functions under the ADA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 0-2 years of leadership/management experience
