Job Summary
Oversee daily operational activities of supply chain associates, managing inventory management, receiving, and work schedules to meet hospital distribution needs. Represent Supply Chain with hospital leadership and act as department lead when necessary. Train, coach, and mentor Supply Chain Associate I & II while achieving system, hospital, and departmental goals. Deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations for hospital departments and operating centers. Support Sentara's mission and values within this 525-bed tertiary care facility serving as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Supply Chain Operations
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of Supervisory Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
