Job Summary
Supervise a team in supply chain operations, overseeing inventories, storeroom, reorder points, and PAR levels; drive inventory initiatives, analyze clinical supply cost and utilization data, and ensure compliance with storage regulations and accrediting directives. Collaborate with leadership to manage staffing, adjust workloads, and provide coaching and training to staff; coordinate with procure-to-pay to ensure timely orders and reconciliations; rotate and take call as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field AND two (2) years of supply chain experience
- high school diploma AND four (4) years of supply chain experience
- Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) (preferred)
