Prepare long-term demand forecasts for existing and new products across Zydus affiliates using the ERP system while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with CMO partners for new product launches and develop accurate demand forecasts aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Operations. Create purchase orders for finished goods, raw materials, and consumables, and process Goods Receipt Notes and supplier invoices to ensure timely payments. Provide data-driven insights by analyzing forecast variance reports and preparing inventory expiry and versus-demand reports to support supply planning and business decision-making. Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply shortages through timely communication and inventory build coordination. Ensure all responsibilities are performed in compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
