Job Summary
Conduct nationwide and regional sales initiatives to drive revenue and profitability while maintaining a safe, clean work area free of hazards. Manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service, resolving customer and membership issues promptly. Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources as needed and offer training to employees requiring support. Serve as the face of the organization, ensuring gold-standard integrity and hospitality in a fun, interactive atmosphere. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, with a 40-hour week including evenings and weekends. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 16 years of age or older
- 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
- Basic Computer Skills
- 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
- Highly developed communication skills
- Able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
- Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold.

- Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
