Job Summary
Lead and supervise operations associates, ensuring they meet performance standards and uphold high customer service levels. Ensure store operations run smoothly by setting clear daily and weekly priorities, assisting with team scheduling and PTO, and driving the team to meet company metrics. Manage inventory through systematic receipt of shipments, replenishment, reallocation, and adjustments, while overseeing omni-channel order fulfillment and annual physical audits. Execute sale prep processes, organize stock room layouts, and monitor daily supplies. Review weekly metrics with associates using critical thinking to solve problems and maintain operational compliance.
