Supervisor Sterile Processing

Oversee daily decontamination, processing, sterilization, and distribution operations while scheduling assignments, directing work priorities, and evaluating staff performance. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices. Act as a liaison with various departments to anticipate customer needs, resolve conflicts, and assure timely completion of requests. Clean, inspect, assemble, wrap, and sterilize instruments using prescribed techniques, ensuring proper labeling and storage in compliance with all applicable standards.
