Supervisor Sterile Processing

Supervise the central sterile processing and endoscopy tech specialist staff to ensure departmental guidelines are followed and assigned tasks are completed accurately. Conduct verbal and written performance conversations, oversee ordering of supplies and equipment, and coordinate shift schedules while performing electronic timekeeping. Analyze rules and regulations for unusual situations, monitor staff orientation and training for new personnel, and ensure implementation of standards within the quality assurance monitoring process. Maintain adequate sterilization of instruments and equipment by preparing requested instrumentation for surgical procedures and use the instrument tracking system.
