Supervisor Sterile Processing Complex Care

Coordinate department operations for trauma, transplant, neuro, and cardiovascular surgery service lines, managing staffing, shift assignments, breaks, and lunches under the Sterile Processing Manager. Direct activities to prioritize customer needs while ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Actively lead orientation and continuing education for assigned staff. Work evening shifts primarily Monday through Friday (3pm–11:30pm) with required weekend call rotations every six weeks. Requires two years of applicable experience and a Certified Registered Central Service Technician credential.
