Job Summary
Supervisor Sr de Empaque at Medtronic leads and directs packaging operations for medical device products, overseeing design-to-market processes, quality systems, and personnel development. Responsibilities include planning and directing design and development activities, maintaining QA/QC and reliability systems, coordinating with suppliers/consultants, guiding concept development, feasibility studies, documentation, and CAPA/validation processes, and supervising engineers and technicians. Requires a Bachelor's degree, English proficiency, and packaging/labeling experience in the medical industry, with Green Belt certification and leadership of teams.
