Job Summary
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff conducting home visits, assessing needs, and coordinating services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Train staff, deliver timely performance feedback, and ensure all services comply with program regulations and agency expectations. This role supports interdisciplinary programs working closely with contracted private health insurance companies. A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Springwell has operated for over 40 years to help ensure seniors and those with disabilities live at home with dignity and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services field
- A current driver's license
