Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Operations-AZ

Schedule and monitor staff, day-to-day workflow, and prescription turnaround times to ensure service standards and client performance guarantees are met. Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and oversee resolution of employee relations. Conduct hiring, training, and evaluation of pharmacy technicians while tracking compliance to quality, service, and production standards. Assist in developing policies, procedures, and the business work plan; manage drug inventory, address shipping exceptions, and organize delivery of pharmacy supplies. Work as a point of escalation for complex issues and represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional meetings.
