Job Summary
Oversee cleaning operations for one customer account, manage site management project teams and site personnel, ensure company standards and KPIs are met, perform administrative tasks and routine facility inspections, drive site safety policy, interview/hire/train new employees, resolve issues with employees and customers, ensure equipment is in good operating condition, assign tasks and inspect work, and supervise duties of workers as needed; provide leadership to the team and ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the facility
