Job Summary
Oversee a customer account and supervise site personnel responsible for cleaning and premises management across office, commercial, or education buildings. Manage daily operations to meet company standards and KPIs, drive strategic account development, budgeting compliance, and safety. Lead site management project teams, perform administrative tasks, conduct routine facility inspections, drive site safety policy, hire and train new employees, resolve employee and customer issues, manage supplies and equipment, ensure equipment operates properly, assign and inspect tasks, ensure reporting of monthly condition updates to customers, and supervise timekeeping. Supervisory responsibilities include managing a team in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Qualifications emphasize supervisory/management experience, technical associate-level training, mechanical and electrical knowledge, health and safety regulatory familiarity, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience or degree from 4 year college or 2 year technical institute is preferred
- Associates degree with technical training in plant engineering, or factory/plant maintenance, Bachelors preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multi-functional maintenance staff
- Strong mechanical aptitudes, and a working knowledge of electrical, and mechanical systems
- Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with all current health and safety regulations
- Requires strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the plant
Desired Qualifications
