Job Summary
2nd Shift Supervisor responsible for overseeing one customer account focused on cleaning and facilities management across office buildings and other facilities. Manages site management project teams and site personnel, conducts routine inspections, enforces safety policies, and ensures KPIs and company standards are met. Performs administrative tasks, interviews, hires and trains new employees, and resolves employee and customer issues. Supervises a workforce, assigns tasks, and ensures work conforms to standards; supports safety training for new hires and may perform duties of supervised workers when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly
- Familiarity with all current health and safety regulations
- Requires strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and/or situations
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the facility
