Supervisor

Supervisor position working as a floating supervisor across multiple buildings, moving between sites to ensure each building is cleaned properly before leaving. Responsibilities include cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), trash collection, restroom cleaning and restocking, polishing furniture and fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors, dusting, preparing cleaning solutions, steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets, floor maintenance (strip, seal, finish, polish), cleaning laboratory equipment, following chemical cleaning procedures to protect floors and fixtures,.monitoring building security and safety (locking doors after hours, ensuring safe electrical use), moving heavy furniture and supplies, and notifying managers about major repairs or additions to building systems. The role involves working in multiple buildings and filling in as needed.
