Job Summary
Oversee a cleaning-services account, manage site teams, and drive daily operations to meet company standards and KPIs. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees; performing routine facility inspections; enforcing site safety policies; ensuring equipment is operational; assigning tasks and inspecting work; addressing employee and customer issues; and handling related administrative duties. Second shift supervision requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving to maintain quality and safety across client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly
- Familiarity with all current health and safety regulations
- Requires strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the facility
