Job Summary
Deputise for the Store Manager by handling store openings and closures while running operations effectively during their absence. Lead personal styling sessions to build customer relationships and ensure exceptional presentation standards throughout the store at all times. Drive sales and KPIs by fostering an environment of brand passion and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. Act as the escalation point for customer queries and team concerns, delegating tasks to members while processing deliveries accurately and on time. Adhere strictly to all policies and procedures. Working 21 hours per week in varied shifts including some weekends, this role supports Sosandar's expanding physical retail presence across the UK.
