Supervisor Social Work

Provide day-to-day operational oversight and frontline leadership for the social work team, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and supporting timely, patient-centered care delivery. Coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding activities to ensure new employees achieve competency, while coaching, mentoring staff through regular supervision and case consultation. Promote adherence to departmental policies, workflows, and evidence-based practices, and collaborate with leadership to standardize procedures that improve operational efficiency. Monitor team performance, provide timely feedback, and serve as a clinical resource for complex situations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
