Supervisor, Small Molecule

Directs line-level management of a laboratory section, coordinating resources, staffing, and schedules in a GMP laboratory. Oversees daily operations, ensures adherence to SOPs and quality standards, and assists in the development and implementation of policies, training, and quality programs. Supervises staff, manages workflow, allocates resources, and tracks performance metrics. Leads investigations and root cause analyses, implements corrective actions, and collaborates with QA to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff; Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and 5+ years of experience with at least 1+ year of leadership experience are preferred.
