Supervisor / Shift leader - Day shift

Lead inventory management and fulfillment execution across CFS, CY, inland depots, and bonded warehouses while overseeing employee lifecycle responsibilities including hiring, firing, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews. Set direction for business and operational areas, develop policies and practices, and implement business plans to achieve short- to long-term objectives. Exercise independent judgment within defined boundaries to manage tasks for direct and indirect reports, escalating non-routine problems as needed. This role supports Maersk's global shipping services by optimizing supply chain connections across 130 countries, enabling customers to trade and grow through superior end-to-end delivery networks.
