Conduct service breakdown evaluations using guest feedback, data, and behavior to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate opportunity-seeking meetings and buzz sessions to involve all team members in service enhancements. Immediately address service breakdowns and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction while keeping the team informed of property promotions and events. Develop highly skilled employees by setting realistic service standards, holding them accountable, and providing ongoing coaching for performance issues. Enforce company expectations including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals, and business strategy. Maintain accurate employee records, complete performance reviews timely, and use EOS data to improve the workplace atmosphere.
