Job Summary
Lead daily operations in SFO passenger terminal areas by planning schedules, assigning duties, and providing direct tactical leadership for labor force activities. Perform Cart Associate duties including collecting and transporting carts, providing customer service, light cleaning, and assisting with collections and money counting. Monitor safety procedures, inspect equipment, and perform emergency maintenance while collaborating with facility management, airline staff, and government officials like CBP and TSA. Assess staff training needs, explain regulations, and review work processes to ensure proper completion and productivity. Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with employees and external partners to solve work-related problems and improve the customer experience.

- Drivers License
- Lift 40lbs
- Push/pull 75lbs
- Walk & stand for duration of shift
- Computer and Smart Phone proficient
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
