Job Summary
Supervisor Service & Repair for SCBA and personal safety equipment at the Skelmersdale site. Lead a team of experts in Service & Repair, implement new processes and structures to improve efficiency, define and drive the Service & Repair strategy, support customers in maintaining safe operations, manage internal/external communications with key stakeholders, collaborate across functions and countries to align best practices, and develop talent to shape the future of Service & Repair. Must demonstrate strong team leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills; knowledge of SAP, Salesforce/CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office; experience in regulated environments and in handling highly regulated personal safety equipment is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in SCBA or personal safety equipment is preferred
- Experience in a leadership role within a technical or regulated environment is highly desirable
