Job Summary

Supervise day-to-day field service crew activities, coordinate job site locations, and schedule equipment to meet job specifications. Monitor inventory, maintain vendor contact, and oversee well servicing to ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Resolve work problems, address customer concerns, and interpret established guidelines to improve operational efficiency. Perform logistics planning for potential 12+ hour shifts including weekends and holidays, while demonstrating financial responsibility and ethical standards in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 8+ years' experience in the electronic/mechanical field or similar function
  • 5+ years supervision experience
  • Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver's license
  • Eligible to drive a Company vehicle
  • Meet the requirements of the Company's vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines
  • Ability to travel as needed to other offices and drilling rig work sites
  • Occasionally requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office area
  • Willing and able to operate and maintain assigned equipment in a safe manner
  • Working in all weather conditions
