Job Summary
Supervisor of a server repair depot overseeing a team of repair technicians, responsible for hiring and training, scheduling and supervising daily activities, and conducting performance evaluations. Develops and enforces standard operating procedures per ISO 9001-2008, drives continuous improvement to meet SLA and KPI targets, analyzes data to present corrective and preventive actions, manages inventory audits, and supports department KPI goals, cost reduction, and inter-department collaboration. Requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to generate management reports in Excel; Lean/5S experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing directly with customers.
- Needs ability to generate management reports in Excel, ISO experience to create SOP work instructions and procedures in Word.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Lean manufacturing - 5S procedures experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Requires strong leadership and team building skills.
- Required ability to adapt to new processes and/or be flexible to changings tasks/assignments.
