Coordinate activities of Security Agents and all sectors involved in executing the Security Plan. Orient the Patrol Officer on prevention and control of security incidents. Ensure adequate coverage and staffing for physical security, both internally and externally. Enforce rules and duties established in NORDOR 025 Security Physical. Supervise agents to ensure strict adherence to procedures in Standard Operating Procedures (POP's). Train personnel to guarantee coordinated actions. Apply emergency simulations related to communication flow and risk situations. Substitute the Security Leader in dispatching deaths in the morgue when necessary. Work in day or night shifts aligned with availability, with initial training during business hours.
