Supervisor, Security Operations

Oversee security officers by assisting with problems, providing direction, determining appropriate action, and disseminating information while maintaining budgetary specifications. Serve as the focal point for emergencies, manage altercations and crisis situations, and respond to service calls for wrongdoing. Participate in hiring and training new Security Officers, perform routine security functions as needed, and work in security control centers. Enforce policies, prepare incident reports, and operate two-way radios while adapting to unpredictable and stressful situations. Work nights and weekends for security assignments and assist with emergency evacuations, including transporting patients to safety.
