Supervisor Security- Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)

Conduct daily guest interactions while evaluating service breakdowns using feedback and data to ensure guest satisfaction. Communicate service issues and team plans during buzz sessions, facilitating meetings to involve all members in continuous service improvements. Develop highly skilled employees by setting measurable service standards, addressing performance issues, and providing ongoing coaching. Enforce company expectations including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals, and business strategy. Maintain accurate employee records, complete performance reviews timely, and use EOS data to improve the workplace atmosphere. Starting salary is $47,500.
