Supervisor Security - FT Days

Respond to security service requests throughout the hospital, assist medical staff with patient control issues, and investigate incidents involving injury, accidents, or property loss. Conduct daily inspection rounds of the facility to document safety and environmental conditions, then facilitate repairs to resolve ongoing security problems. Investigate and resolve customer service issues as assigned by the security desk while supervising shift activity and evaluating subordinate performance. Develop monthly schedules for 30 personnel and manage weekly payroll. Fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position. Requires a driver's license, five years of experience, and an associate's degree, with a B.S. desired.
