Job Summary
San Diego, CA-based 1st shift Supervisor, SC Operations responsible for ensuring efficient daily warehouse operations, preparing schedules, supervising and coaching a team, monitoring work quality to deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to the GXO 7S program, maintaining a clean environment, coordinating with leadership and other departments, and implementing continuous improvement action plans. Must obtain a Secret Clearance and be a U.S. citizen. Requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment, and flexible availability including overtime and weekends. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus; additional desired qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish and experience in AS9100 or ISO environments and warehousing/3PL experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekend
- U.S. citizen status (for government/federal requirements)
- Must obtain a Secret Clearance
