Job Summary
Provide strong leadership to the sanitation team on the night shift, enforcing food-safety and hygiene policies and ensuring adherence to sanitation SOPs. Maintain detailed records, equipment cleanliness, and inventory of cleaning tools; lead by example and develop staff through training programs. Coordinate with other departments, solve problems, and prepare periodic activity reports. Responsible for Master Sanitation Schedule, stock control, and periodic inspections with recommendations for corrective action. Must conduct on-floor sanitation tasks as needed, with flexibility for 24/7 emergency coverage and adherence to OSHA, PPE, and chemical handling requirements.
