Job Summary
Supervisor of Sales Merchandising in Sarasota oversees and directs a team of Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers to ensure timely orders and adherence to merchandising standards within the designated area. Responsibilities include leading huddle calls, visiting outlets, monitoring market execution per ad calendar, tracking incentives and productivity, conducting account execution surveys, resolving ordering and delivery issues, managing order transmissions and logistics, supervising device administration, communicating with store managers, coordinating training and onboarding, hiring and staffing, labor planning and budgeting, developing weekly merchandising plans, and maintaining displays and POS materials. Requires High School/GED, validity to work in the U.S., 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to operate pallet jacks, vehicle ownership, and favorable driving record; Associate degree or 1-2 years college preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance as specified by company
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years
